Liechtenstein.
I learned about this small country when I was researching something else online one day. It’s the smallest country in Europe, with about 34000 population. And it’s surface area is about 160km2, 1/6 of the size of Singapore. It’s bordered by Switzerland and Austria. You cross the country by just crossing a bridge. All these didn’t attract me but the fact that their teachers enjoy the highest salary in the world caught my attention. In fact, this small country is ranked the second highest per capita income in the world just after Qatar.

Truth be told, the cost of living here is about double if not triple in comparison to other neighboring countries. I came to this conclusion solely based on the cost of a meal in a restaurant. I have no idea about accommodation or transportation, maybe one could just walk or cycle. It is a “cultured” country; art museum, art work display on main roads and fine dining.
